LeisureFare is in the second year of a two year agreement with The Lord’s Taverners. Not only did their Barwell Travel brand sponsor the Eve of Rugby Dinner in 2009, they have provided us with auction prizes that have raised additional funds for the charity. Barwell Travel is also working very closely with The Lady Taverners on the upcoming La Manga golf trip, which in turn will support our on-going fundraising effort.
June 2009 saw the launch of The Lord's Taverners Ale brewed and distributed by Marston's Beer Company. This partnership celebrates all that is good about recreational cricket linking the official beer of the ECB and the charity that started over a few ales while watching the cricket - a match made in heaven!
