Annual Christmas Fayre and Lunch to help celebrate the 25th Anniversary

The Cheshire and North Wales Lady Taverners celebrated a bumper turn out for their annual Christmas Fayre and Lunch at the Chester Racecourse. To help celebrate The Lady Taverners 25th Silver anniversary.

Annie Hincliffe head Teacher and the children from Dorin Park School, Upton,  Chester. Were guests at the event with their bright green minibus, presented to them by the Lady Taverners, The children said Annie love to show off their minibus at any given opportunity’

Chartered Surveyors Legat Owen, The Chester Standard and CAKE of City Road, Chester sponsored the event.  CAKE, were runners up at British Baking Industry Award 2012, kindly donated over 200 cupcakes for all the guests to feast on.

The  Guests enjoyed shopping at the many Christmas stalls, whilst being entertained by The Peter Stevenson Quartet with Nick Haggart singing Christmas Carols.

Newly appointed Chairman Tracy Warrington, said “Over 200 ladies attended the event, the committee and I are delighted to have had such a successful day raising just over £6,000."
