Trustee and AGM News
Sandra Verkuyten and Ian Martin confirmed as Trustees for the next three years. AGM to be held in the Thomas Lord Suite at Lord's Cricket Ground on 14 September 2021
Sandra Verkuyten (Vice-Chair) and Ian Martin came to the end of their first terms of office as appointed Trustees on 31 July 2021. We are delighted to confirm that the Board, after discussion with the Nominations Committee, have confirmed them both as appointed Trustees for a further three years.
Ballot papers for the elected Trustee positions currently held by Julie Norris and John Taylor are being despatched at the end of this week, along with the papers relating to the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held in person at Lord’s on 14 September starting at 11am.
We are currently exploring streaming facilities for the AGM for those who cannot attend in person and will advise members on this once arrangements have been made.
