Waterloo Ball at Kings Hall Centre, Belfast
The Kings Hall Pavilions in Belfast was the new venue for the 2015 Waterloo Ball held on Saturday 23 May 2015.
Accredited as the only event in the Province to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo of 1815, the evening was graced by the presence of the Bugles, Band, Bugles Pipes and Drums of the Royal Irish Regiment.
A glorious evening of entertainment was headlined by Heather Small and M People with star turns also provided by The Overtones and local band Manukahunny.
Northern Ireland president Robin Walsh introduced past presidents, Chris Tarrant and Bill Tidy, who welcomed nearly 1,000 guests to the Pavilions and they were ably supported by Taverners Charlie Ross and Barry Williams.
The main sponsor of the 2015 Waterloo Ball was Charles Hurst Premium with major supporting sponsorship coming from Emirates Airlines and Jonathan Finlay Wealth Management.
Huge thanks go to all sponsors, suppliers, supporters and guests without whom this landmark event would not be possible. Early estimates indicate that over £100,000 will have been raised on the evening for the Lord's Taverners and Cancer Fund for Children, who will also benefit from this event.
