Proposed Taverners XI trip to Corfu 2023 – Register Your Interest

The tour is not yet confirmed and at this stage, we are just seeking expressions of interest for those who would like to join so we can then be in a position to consider if it is possible to make the trip.

The Taverners XI have a long-standing relationship with the Hellenic Cricket Federation and Corfu having twice visited the island which is a popular destination for touring cricket side sides. The first visit to Corfu was led by Nicolas Parsons in 1978 to coincide with the Corfu Literary Festival and the trip was successfully repeated in 2017. And of course, the island is the birthplace of our founding Patron Prince Philip.

Staying in the heart of Corfu Town at the five-star Corfu Palace Hotel, your five-night stay includes return flights from London, all transfers, access to the two planned cricket matches and a gala dinner all hosted and expertly hosted by our partners Black Opal Travel Group.
