Tavs XI in 2024
Follow the Tavs XI in 2024 and join us for a special match in memory of Jonnie Irwin.
Join us on Thursday 27 June as we celebrate long-term Taverners supporter Jonnie Irwin and all he achieved in empowering young people through cricket with his support of the charity.
This will be a special event at the beautiful South Northumberland CC in the North East, with friends of Jonnie and the charity taking part in the game. During the day there will also be great food, company, and of course some great cricket to watch!
We hope you can join us for this celebration and as we raise funds to continue our work providing free community cricket to young people living with a disability and from disadvantaged communities in Northumberland through our programmes.
The full Taverners XI 2024 fixture list is now confirmed, with a number of new additions to the calendar of matches that our celebrity team will take on this summer.
Plenty of our regular fixtures remain but our first Media Cricket Sixes event kicks off at Teddington CC in June, followed by a debut Corporate Cricket Tournament at Wimbledon CC in July. We take on Lords & Commons CC twice in Devon, August sees our inaugural match against a Cricket District XI in Sussex and regular favourites at Cholmondeley Castle and Goodwood CC return once again.
