Join us by running in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival whilst raising vital funds for young people with disabilities and from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Run the Edinburgh Festival with The Final Word

Join #TeamTavs as part of The Final Word cricket podcast community at the Edinburgh Marathon Festival 2026. 

Enjoy a weekend of fun in Edinburgh in the run-up to the event, with a Friday night dinner, Saturday activities, Sunday marathon with lunch and drinks.

The full weekend of events attracts around 30,000 runners, with thousands more lining the course to support. Join us in either running the marathon, half marathon, 10K or another race!

Minimum fundraising targets for each race is as follows:

10K = £250
Could cover the cost of a Super 1s coach to deliver 10 hours of coaching.

Half Marathon = £495
Could fund a table cricket set, opening up the game to young people with disabilities and bringing the joy of cricket to all.

Full Marathon = £800
Could cover over six months of venue hire, giving young people a safe, welcoming space to play inclusive cricket every week.
