Somerset and Lancashire girls win national titles at Home of Cricket
Two days of competitive indoor cricket saw Hazelgrove Prep School (Somerset) and Ormskirk School (Lancashire) take the honours in the Lady Taverners U13 and U15 Girls Indoor Cricket National Finals this week (12 & 13 May).

In total the competition saw 844 (U13) and 726 (U15) schools enter the competition.
Hazelgrove Prep held off a determined challenge by Holmwood House School (Essex) in the U13 finals. They then went onto be unbeaten for the remainder of the day to take the title.
In comparison, in the U15 finals, the competition came down to the final match of the day, between Ormskirk School and South Dartmoor Community College (Devon), who were both unbeaten to that point.
