Take a giant leap for the Taverners

Venue: Various UK Venues

Why not take a leap to help young people living with disabilities and those from disadvantaged backgrounds and be part of one of our charity skydives taking place across the UK at various venues and dates in 2021.

Sign up today to raise just £395 and you will be able to experience a tandem skydive whilst making a huge difference to the lives of the young people we support through our programmes in the local community.

Reaching heights of over 13,000ft, you will receive your final instructions and then descend at speeds of up to 300 miles an hour, freefalling for up to 5,000ft before the canopy gently opens and you will enjoy amazing countryside views before landing softly and safely back on terra firma.

The day will begin with a briefing and you will be introduced to one of the experienced instructors at your chosen airfield. A short safety video will be shown and then you will be fitted for your suit and have a chance to meet your fellow daredevils.

An official photograph will be taken for posterity and then, once the weather conditions are just right you will be led to the aircraft. Your final briefing will take place as you take off and the laughs begin as the airfield staff are experts in making you relax ready for your big leap.

Each skydiver also receives membership to the British Parachuting Club as part of the jump and you will have the satisfaction that you will be raising money for the Lord's Taverners life changing programmes.

You will also have a named contact at the Lord's Taverners who will advise, help and support your fundraising efforts.

We look forward to seeing over the skies soon and thank you for your support.
