Charity rugby 7s tournament to take place in Richmond

The Lord's Taverners 7s takes place on Saturday 19 May with hundreds of players battling it out on the rugby field and netball court - so why not pop along to join them and stars from both sports at Richmond Rugby Club?

With England Rugby 7s Olympic and Commonwealth Games medalists Dan Norton and Phil Burgess being joined by Wasps' netball Superleague champions Lucy Harris and Josie Huckle, there will be plenty to do off the pitch and court while supporting the UK's leading youth cricket and disability sports charity.

The day begins at 10am with the netball tournament and rugby starts at 10.30am with the action taking place throughout the day - and you can also take part in a crossbar challenge from 1.30pm.

And to wind down after all the action has finished, there will be live music from 'The Breaks' who will be playing two sets at 6pm and 7.30pm.

It promises to be a fantastic day - so be sure to go along and be part of the fun.
