AGM and Trustee Elections
At this morning’s AGM, held under exceptional circumstances, the resolutions relating to the Annual Report and the auditors were both passed. All other business was deferred to a proposed meeting later in the year when Members will be able to meet in person.
We were also able to announce the results of the Trustee Elections. Our congratulations to the successful candidates: Alistair Subba Row, Tim Luckhurst, Gordon Kennedy and Richard White. We would like to extend our thanks to all of the candidates who stood in this year’s election. In addition we would like to thank Angela Rippon CBE and Suzy Christopher, neither of whom stood for re-election, for their efforts during their Trustee term.
